It’s been a December to Remember: MORE Field Guide College Graduation

The first week of December marked a significant milestone for MORE Field Guide College students, who graduated from both Kruger and NJ MORE Campuses. The graduation ceremony was not just a culmination of academic achievements but the commencement of a hands-on adventure that promises to shape their futures.

Placing Talent in the Heart of Nature

23 of these graduates are now set to embark on their next transformative journey, a 6-month practical internship placed across our MORE Family Collection Lodges and with selected partner properties in industry.

Those placed within the MORE Family Collection Lodges, are in for a unique and enriching experience. Enrolled in a dedicated mentorship program, these graduates will receive guidance from seasoned professionals within the MORE Field Guide teams. The mentorship program isn’t just about imparting knowledge; it’s about cultivating a mindset of continuous growth, encouraging the graduates to flourish not just as professionals but as individuals.

The walls of MORE Field Guide College echo with success stories, and one name that resonates is Kimberlee Le Hanie. From the classrooms of the college, to becoming a permanent member of Lion Sands Sabi Sand, to becoming the Safari Guide of the Year, Kim’s journey is the epitome of what dedication, passion, and opportunity can achieve.
