The first week of December marked a significant milestone for MORE Field Guide College students, who graduated from both Kruger and NJ MORE Campuses. 23 of these graduates are now set to embark on their next transformative journey, a 6-month practical internship placed across our MORE Family Collection Lodges and with selected partner properties in industry.

Those placed within the MORE Family Collection Lodges, are in for a unique and enriching experience. Enrolled in a dedicated mentorship program, these graduates will receive guidance from seasoned professionals within the MORE Field Guide teams. The mentorship program isn’t just about imparting knowledge; it’s about cultivating a mindset of continuous growth, encouraging the graduates to flourish not just as professionals but as individuals.
