- FGASA Apprentice Trails Guide* (previously FGASA Trails Guide Back-Up)
- Professional mentoring
- Hours on foot
- Big Five encounters, and other essential experience
*To be awarded the qualification, you must first have attained your NQF2 Nature Site Guide (FGASA), FGASA Advanced Rifle Handling, and Wilderness First Aid Level 2 certificates. If not, you can still participate in the whole course, but cannot receive certification.
